We are pleased to announce the proposed issue of securities by VRX SILICA LIMITED. The total number of securities to be issued includes VRXO option expiring on 30-June-2028 with 66,881,470 units and VRX ordinary fully paid with 133,762,940 units. The proposed issue date is on the 17th of July 2026.

This issuance aims to undertake early works, finalize detailed engineering at Arrowsmith North Silica project, provide funding for the purchase of the Aramall farm, refresh studies at the Muchea silica sand project, and support working capital. The issue price per security for VRX ordinary fully paid is AUD 0.03400. The securities are intended to rank equally in all respects with existing issued securities in the same class.
