VRX Silica is focused on becoming the Australian company of choice for high-quality silica sand.  To achieve this, the Company has two advanced high-quality silica sand projects; at the Arrowsmith Silica Sand Project, which is situated at Eneabba, south of Geraldton and at the Muchea Silica Sand Project just north of Perth.

VRX Silica has started the 2021 year with a total silica sand Mineral Resource of 1,056 million tonnes (Mt) ranging in grade from 96.6% SiO2 to 99.6% SiO2, including (but not limited to) 305Mt ranging in grade from 96.6% SiO2 to 99.6% SiO2 in the Indicated category and 743Mt ranging in grade from 96.9% SiO2 to 99.6% SiO2 in the Inferred category across the Company’s portfolio of assets.

VRX Silica has also declared Probable Ore Reserves totalling 691 million tonnes ranging in grade from 99.6% SiO2 to 99.9% SiO2. (View full resources and reserves)

From the extensive samples generated from the completed air core drilling programs VRX Silica has conducted ongoing testwork to fine tune the processes that will be engaged in order to produce the highest quality product in a sustainably and environmentally friendly manner.

VRX Silica has also devised and proved an environmentally sustainable continuous rehabilitation method of Vegetation Direct Transfer (VDT).
